Commission TOS

  • Payment is done through PayPal (USD)

  • Must pay first before I begin work on your commission

  • If there is a short deadline there will be an additional rush fee

  • Unless discussed, commissions are NOT for commercial use such as merch

  • Progress sketches may NOT be used in anyway unless discussed beforehand (sent to a different artist to be completed, AI, etc)

  • Pass the Sketching Phase refunds are NOT accepted

  • Inform me if it is a private commission since I might stream the progress and post the commission on my Twitter

  • Once completed, any use of the commission must be credited somewhere (YouTube Description, Twitter Bio, Twitch Command, etc) with my Twitter @dark_sylvia

  • I have the right to refuse commissions

  • After reading and understanding my TOS you can contact me via Twitter DMs to work out the commission details
